This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how bizznessia.dev ("Bizznessia," "we," or "us") collects, use, and discloses your personal information.
What does this privacy policy aplply to?
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process across our website and other online or offline services, collectively referred to as "Services." Your use of the Services is also governed by our Bizznessia Terms. We collect personal information from the people who interact with Bizznessia-hosted forums
Personal information we collect
We collect three types of information: (1) information that you provide to us directly, (2) information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and (3) information we get about you from other sources (such as third-party services and organizations). More details are below.
- Account Creation (for Users): We collect name, email address and profession from users that create an account on Bizznessia.
- Interactive Features (for Users). We and other users may collect personal information you share through interactive features like messaging, comments, forums, blogs, and posts. Bizznessia has a matching profile for business partners, allowing users to share information as they wish. Private messages are only between you and the recipient, but any publicly shared information, such as posts on your profile or topics you follow, is visible to others, including recruiters and employers (not implemented yet). This public information isn't covered by our privacy protections unless legally required. Please note that Bizznessia is not responsible for any legal issues or ideas infiltration. We do not request business ideas or related information; all shared data is solely for professional business matching purposes. Be cautious when sharing information that may identify you.
- Surveys. We may reach out to invite you to participate in surveys. Participation is voluntary, and you may be asked to provide information, including personal details such as your home address.
- Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to evaluate and pursue potential business opportunities.
- Job Applications (NOT IMPLEMENTED YET). We may post job openings on our Services. If you respond by submitting your application, CV, or cover letter, we will collect and use your information to evaluate your qualifications.

We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Services:
- Cookies and Other Technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, local storage or other technologies ("Technologies") to automatically collect information through your use of our Services.

- Email Communications. To unsubscribe from unwanted emails, use the link at the bottom of the email. You will still receive transaction-related emails for products or Services you've requested, as well as essential non-promotional communications about our Services, which you cannot opt out of (e.g., updates to our Terms or Privacy Policy).
- Mobile Devices. You can opt out of push notifications from our mobile app by adjusting your device settings.
- "Do Not Track". "Do Not Track" ("DNT") is a privacy preference available in some web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms.

Children's information
