What does this privacy policy aplply to?

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process across our website and other online or offline services, collectively referred to as "Services." Your use of the Services is also governed by our Bizznessia Terms. We collect personal information from the people who interact with Bizznessia-hosted forums

Personal information we collect

We collect three types of information: (1) information that you provide to us directly, (2) information we obtain automatically when you use our Services, and (3) information we get about you from other sources (such as third-party services and organizations). More details are below.

• Account Creation (for Users): We collect name, email address and profession from users that create an account on Bizznessia.
• Interactive Features (for Users). We and other users may collect personal information you share through interactive features like messaging, comments, forums, blogs, and posts. Bizznessia has a matching profile for business partners, allowing users to share information as they wish. Private messages are only between you and the recipient, but any publicly shared information, such as posts on your profile or topics you follow, is visible to others, including recruiters and employers (not implemented yet). This public information isn't covered by our privacy protections unless legally required. Please note that Bizznessia is not responsible for any legal issues or ideas infiltration. We do not request business ideas or related information; all shared data is solely for professional business matching purposes. Be cautious when sharing information that may identify you.
• Surveys. We may reach out to invite you to participate in surveys. Participation is voluntary, and you may be asked to provide information, including personal details such as your home address.
• Business Development and Strategic Partnerships.

  At Bizznessia, any information provided by users belongs solely to the user. We do not share any user information with third parties. However, users are encouraged to exercise caution when entering information, as they are responsible for the accuracy and content of the information they provide. The data shared with Bizznessia is exclusively for the platform's use and intended to facilitate business connections within our community.

  Bizznessia is not responsible for filtering or monitoring sensitive information that users may share. We urge users to review and follow our Community Guidelines, which explain that Bizznessia’s role is to create a space for developers with business-oriented skills, as well as leaders and individuals interested in connecting for business operations.

  While Bizznessia fosters these connections, we are not responsible for any transactions or interactions that take place between users. By using Bizznessia, you acknowledge that the platform does not assume liability for user interactions or the information shared, and that it is your responsibility to ensure the appropriateness and security of any data you provide.

• Job Applications (NOT IMPLEMENTED YET).

  At Bizznessia, we currently do not publish job listings in the same way as traditional job boards. However, in the future, this may become a possibility. At present, we allow users to create job opportunities, but it is important to understand that Bizznessia is not responsible for any misunderstandings or disputes between users regarding these job posts.

  We strongly encourage all users to carefully read and follow our Community Guidelines to help avoid any potential issues or conflicts. While Bizznessia provides a platform for users to connect and create business opportunities, we are not liable for any transactions or agreements made between users, including job-related matters.

  Please be aware that, as a user, you are responsible for ensuring that any job postings you create are clear, accurate, and in compliance with the rules. Bizznessia does not oversee or manage these postings and cannot be held accountable for any issues that may arise from them. We advise exercising caution when engaging in any business or professional interactions on the platform.

Information collected automatically

We may collect personal information automatically when you use our Services:

• Cookies and Other Technologies. We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies, local storage or other technologies ("Technologies") to automatically collect information through your use of our Services.
• Analytics. We may use Technologies and other third-party tools to process analytics information on our Services. Some of our analytics partners include Google Analytics and Cookiebot.

We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, for administrative purposes, and to market our products and Services, as described below.

• Email Communications. To unsubscribe from unwanted emails, use the link at the bottom of the email. You will still receive transaction-related emails for products or Services you've requested, as well as essential non-promotional communications about our Services, which you cannot opt out of (e.g., updates to our Terms or Privacy Policy).
• Mobile Devices. You can opt out of push notifications from our mobile app by adjusting your device settings.
• "Do Not Track". "Do Not Track" ("DNT") is a privacy preference available in some web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to DNT signals or similar mechanisms.

Children's information

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Upon discovering that we have collected personal information from a minor in violation of applicable laws, we will delete that information, unless legally obligated to retain it, and terminate the child's account if necessary.
